Live outside of Victoria?
We are pleased to announce a remote option for the second edition of our Holiday Cooking Experience, with Chef Richard Caron.
On Tuesday, December 1st, Chef Caron will be preparing a delicious holiday dish, a Sockeye Salmon Wellington, in a step-by-step cooking experience over live video. With this ticket option, you will get the ingredient list in advance and do your own shopping, and then join us for the live online event!

Cost: $25 - ingredient list and online cooking class only
