Meeting called to order by 2:00PM

AGM AGENDA:

1. Call to Order by President 
2. Singing of the National Anthem 
3. The Presidents Report on behalf of the Board of Directors 
4. Presentation of financial statements 
5. Appointment of the Auditor  
6. Presentation of election readiness plan
7. Presentation of nomination committee report 
8. Election of Directors 
9. Review the Code of Conduct for Volunteers, EDA Staff and Campaign Staff
10. Other business as required 
11. Motion to adjourn

(After the AGM, prior to the DSM, a brief meeting will be conducted to elect the EDA executive.)

VOTING & NOMINATION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND DELEGATES

Individuals wishing to vote for or become a Member of the Board of Directors or a Delegate must be an active member as of March 24, 2023. A membership that has lapsed within 90 days prior to the Meeting must be renewed prior to the call to order for the Meeting.

Those seeking to be Delegates must satisfy all the requirements set out in Section 7 of the Rules and Procedures for Delegate Selection Meetings.
